- We have paper printouts which will show you the exact fit of our furniture in your room. You could also figure that out by using the dimension information on our site, but the print-outs are fun to use and very visual.

- We ship all our products by UPS. The furniture will be delivered ready-to-assemble in conveniently sized packages. Printed instructions come in every box. Click here to see the instructions and get more information on assembly.

- Style Conversions
- After you've purchased Home Reserve the style of your furniture can be converted/changed to several other of the styles. Sectional layouts can also be expanded or taken apart and made into freestanding sofas, loveseats and chairs. Contact customer service and we'll lead you through the steps in making these changes.

- Foam & Fabric Parts
- We're often asked if our customers can replace individual pieces of foam or fabric in case the dogs chews it up or something. Yes you can. You don't have to live with an accident, you can keep your Home Reserve furniture going a long time! Call us and we'll lead you through it.

- Here is a repacking guide in case you want to send the furniture back to us. Before returning an item call us to get a return authorization number from Customer Service.
