ORDERING IS OPEN. This is only a notice of extended shipping times. Home Reserve is following the preventive measures of our Indiana state health officials for the safety of our communities. We are observing the stay-at-home procedures in effect until April 7th.

We’re not able to meet our standard shipping time of 15 business days. We expect it will take an additional three weeks for your furniture to be delivered.

During this time, we continue to pay full wages to our people, cover the expense of grocery delivery service, and conduct online training sessions. Keeping everyone safe and sound at home is key to restoring our regular delivery schedule.

Our customer service team is working from home and is available to provide more information. You can contact us with any questions or concerns.

We are OPEN for ordering. Just be aware of the extended lead times. Work on your order will begin immediately – checking information, inventory levels, planning production – and will be made in the order received when our team gets back together.

If you are already a current customer, you will have received an email from us explaining the shipping times. If waiting longer doesn’t work for you, we’ll do whatever you direct. As always, you never need to explain.
